If I could mark it lower I would!!!!!!Where do I begin;1. HEAVY DUTY - it definately is not!!! Lightweight and flimsy more accurately describes the item.2. Top cap doesn't fit properly, its slack and just falls out.3. Cross pieces for rope/line are very short4. Self tapping screws are not long enough to achieve a solid fix between cross pieces and main pole5. Metal to the main pole and cross pieces is so thin the short self tapping screws provided easily reamed a hole in the thin and flimsy main pole and cross piece resulting in inability to secure the cross piece to the main pole. Will have to resort to using larger diameter screw or probably nut and bolt.6. Ground socket only 155mm long - any strong wind would cause it to move as insufficient depth for a proper base even in concrete. This might even be intentional as if the pole is subjected to any degree of lateral load (by wind on a clothes line) it would probably bend the "HEAVY DUTY" pole!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!

The horizontal poles are a pain to screw in place.however, using my own longer screws and screwing right through the horizontal poles made it sturdy.seems a good pole for the money once modified to last
