Questa piastra e' semplicemente fantastica!Le foto magari non le rendono appieno il suo merito.Grazie ad un consiglio di pizzaioli napoletani, si migliora la cottura e se ne diminuisce il tempo di cottura (4 minuti con il mio forno che arriva a 250°) avvicinando il piu' possibile la piastra alle resistenze superiori del forno (io ho una distanza di 5-6 centimetri e cuocio in 4 minuti, anziche' i 6-7 di quando... sbagliavo!).Poi la qualita' della pizza dipende dalla qualita' della farine e la tecnica di lievitazione, ma questo e' un altro discorso...

Well, that's service for you, ordered on Friday and delivered on Sunday. The estimated delivery time told me after ordering was to be Tuesday 19th May BUT it arrived super fast........Excellent.I haven't baked on it yet but have done the pre treating in the oven after the clean water washing to rid it of any dusty parts on the surface, it looks good and is an ideal size for my domestic oven. At this point I cannot foresee any problems with it at all. I have ordered this stone to replace a 13" round pizza stone that I already had and still have, this one is much bigger 35 x 40 cm rectangle and covers most of the usable space on the oven shelve so I will be able to get more on it to bake. I am into artisan bread baking, that's the very reason I bought it. I will update later after it's first use but as I say....I can't see any problems at all, it's a good substantial stone with inbuilt feet to aid heat distribution.

Leider ist die Verfärbund, die von Tomatensoße auf dem Stein kommt, nicht mehr zu entfernen. Daher lege ich jetzt Backpapier zwischen Stein umd Pizza

Leider ist der Stein sehr zerbrechlich. Es ist ein Glücksspiel überhaupt einen zu bekommen der nicht schon in der Lieferung kaputtging (war bei mir der Fall), aber selbst wenn er in einem Stück ankommt, kann ich mir vorstellen dass er sehr leicht zerbrechlich wäre. Das Material fühlt sich sehr spröde und daher sehr fragile an. Fast wie ein Stück Kreide.Also lieber Finger weg.

5 stelle ci stanno tutte...la svolta per i miei lievitati, ma la confezione lascia molto a desiderare...per fortuna mi è arrivata integra!
