Ottimo coltello nakiri per il taglio delle verdure. Il filo è assimmetrico. Quindi, in questo caso, adatto a destrorsi.Coltello con buon grado di affilatura ma data la durezza dell'acciaio si può chiedere dipiu, infatti con una pietra grana 10000 lho reso molto più tagliente.Fattura pregevole e buon peso, piuttosto pesante, personalmente lo considero un pregio ma dipende dalle abitudini.Il baricentro e spostato di 2 centimetri verso la lama.

...il reste un de mes couteaux préférés, avec le Chroma 301 Chef. Parfait pour les fruits et légumes bien entendu, l'ergonomie est très bonne et la prise en main reste reposante. Je conseille de tester avant d'acheter, les équilibres ne sont pas les mêmes pour tout le monde. Parfois, on peut préférer un santoku qui pèsera peut-être légèrement moins vers l'avant.

Absolutely fantastic knife. Sharpness of the blade is fenomenal, I can shave with it. I highly recommend it. It's cutting potatoes like warm butter. Cutting herbs with it is pure joy.Just be careful with fingers, blade cuts them even easier than potatoes.

This is a real knife, that when properly cared for, should last a long time. I have this and 2 Santoku's. I learned to make sushi a few years ago and was encouraged by the teacher to get a good vegtable knife. This is easy to sharpen, has good weight (almost cuts some things by itself), and fits my hand well. I believe a kitchen needs 25 different types of knives. About 4 or 5 types of quality knives and a little instruction on how to use them should suffice. This was also a good value compared to other similar style knives.Would I buy this again? Yes
