Perfect for a bigger starter for those who bake more frequently..Nice quality.. it allows air exchange through holes in the silicone gasket when lid is rested on the top and seals airtight when the lid is pushed down. It looks great and works nicely plus for me the shorter wider shape fits better in my fridge between shelves.I don’t love the spatula for scraping the sides but it’s fine for stirring.. I just use a different one on the sides
