Honestly, I’ve mostly been disappointed by ‘bio’ matcha powders as they tend to be dull green with little to no brightness in taste. This one, however, pleasantly surprised me. The green is dull but easy to whisk. Tried with soy milk and the flavors were grassy with light seaweed taste but round with some sweetness. Happy to have found this!

My Matcha arrived today and decided to make my first ever Matcha immediately!The packaging is great and when i opened it, it smelled lovely.Hard to say how it is supposed to smell (or taste for that matter) since it was my first ever experiecnce with Matcha. But i think the smell was lovely.I made it with 70° Celsius hot water and i have to admit it was really bitter, but i happen to like that a lot!I tasted something familiar - like sweet seaweed and freshly mown lawn - and it was overall a pleasant taste.But i will also try it with cooler/cold water; i suspect the bitterness comes form the temperature of the water.So for ppl who like it less bitter: Please try it with cooler or even cold or iced water!I think that way you can experience the whole spectrum of the flavour!I will experiment with the temperatures bc i really like the fresh and vegetal taste of this Matcha and i will surely buy it again!

Die Farbe, Geruch, Geschmack, Schaum - TOP! Habe schon einige Matchas probiert, nie hat alles so gut gepasst. Danke! Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre für mich die Verpackung. Ich hätte es schöner gefunden, wenn die Packung, in der das Matcha war, vielleicht ein wenig größer wäre oder irgendwie so, sodass beim Öffnen sich das Matcha nicht allzu sehr verschüttet. Sonst top! Würde ich wieder kaufen!

Ich habe den Vergleich zu dem Noritual Lab Matcha Contest Grade (schwarze Dose), den ich wiederholt bestellt habe und bin auf der Suche nach einer kostengünstigeren Großpackung auf diesen Matcha aufmerksam geworden. Ein totaler Reinfall: die Qualität ist höchstens auf Ceremonial-Niveau (bitter und blassgrüne Farbe), ergo ist dieses Produkt um mindestens 30% überteuert.Leider ist keine Rückgabe möglich und ich bin froh, zum Austesten nur die 30g-Größe bestellt zu haben; leider muss min. ein Stern vergeben werden.

Leckerer Matcha, schöne grüne Farbe & Preis/Leistung ist auch in Ordnung. Ich kenne noch teurere Matchas die minimal lieblicher sind, aber trotzdem mag ich diesen. Für Anfänger am besten mal ein Youtube-Zubereitungsvideo anschauen.
