Kala - Concertukelele Makala Shark in Mako-blauw (MK-CS/BLU)

In my latest search for a concert ukulele, I didn't want it to be an expensive all solid body uke because I didn't want to have to baby it, worry about scratches, humidity, dry air, etc. I wanted a uke that was durable, and I could take anywhere. I wanted it to sound good. I am pleasantly surprised by the concert shark uke. Some may pass over this uke because they may think it's more of a toy with the bright color, shark shaped bridge, and plastic body. No No No. Quality is evident when you first pick it up. This is a very nice quality made ukulele. It has a very nice sound. Nice and low action at the nut. As you move towards the bridge, the strings get higher but just at the right height for my taste. Very easy for fingerpicking or claw hammer style. The composite body feels durable and makes it a heavier uke. It feels substantial in your hands. So if you are looking for a lighter more balanced uke, this probably is not for you. Also the smooth rounded back is a bit slippery, so I plan to slap on some skateboard grip tape on the back to keep the uke from sliding around while playing. Anyway, I really like this uke. Sounds great, don't have to baby it, don't have to worry about it drying out. Can take it anywhere. Won't cry if it gets dinged. Very satisfied. I even prefer this uke over my more expensive Flea concert uke (I gave to my daughter) which has plastic fingerboard and frets, the shark does not. Nice sweet sounding ukulele. I don't know how anyone could be anything other than pleasantly satisfied with this instrument.

Precioso, sin marcas y con un acabado sin nada que objetar. El sonido es el esperado a un uke de este nivel, suena genial. Respecto al tamaño concierto nos va genial para iniciarnos con el ukelele, los dedos encajan. Ien en los trastes, tiene muy buen agarre. En los primeros días se desafina un poco (compra afinador de pinza si no tienes) hasta que se ajusta todo, al 5 o 6 día se mantenía afinado entre un dia y otro. La unica pega que le pongo es la funda, podrían ahorrarsela, igualmente con el cariño que le tenemos, le compraremos una buena funda que lo protega de cambios de temperatura, humedad y sobretodo de los golpes y arañazos. Anímate, no te arrepentirás

Indubbiamente bellissimo e di qualità soddisfacente per il prezzo che ha. L’ho pagato poco più di 40 euro ed è un prezzo a cui è difficile trovare un concerto apprezzabile. Molto comodo da portare al parco senza temere di distruggere quelli più costosi.

Il prodotto sarebbe ottimo, esteticamente molto cool e dal suono discreto.Peccato che, per risparmiare qualche euro, decisi di acquistarlo online.Consiglio di fare attenzione se acquistate da musicscout (che poi sarebbe shop2rock.de) a me anziché l'ukulele CONCERTO hanno spedito il SOPRANO.Appena ricevuto, ho fatto presente l'errore e mi hanno proposto un piccolo rimborso visto che il soprano costa molto meno, ma io ho ordinato un concerto e quello vorrei. Leggendo altre recensioni scopro che questa pratica è già accaduta più volte.Restituito l'oggetto sbagliato, mi ci sono voluti quasi 2 mesi di email e telefonate ad amazon per essere rimborsarto completamente, ogni volta a dover spiegare da capo l'accaduto, ogni volta rassicurato di aver ragione e certo di avere il rimborso in pochi giorni.... Poi silenzio e da capo. Ci sono voluti 2 mesi.Esperienza deludente da parte di amazon.
