goed product, kwaliteit heel goed MAAR bij de bestelling de helft niet toegekregen want leverancier heeft zelf de helft van het geld teruggestort zonder enige vorm van communicatie ( wel communicatie op de dag dat het geld terug gestort is dat het zogezegd een retourpakket was..... ), ondertussen is de prijs serieus gestegen en kan je ze nog steeds aankopen, welliswaar aan de veel duurdere tarief. VERKOOP = oplichting!

In terms of performance and value for money, I would give the coal a positive rating.However, my satisfaction was dampened by two significant issues.Firstly, the packaging was excessive and unnecessarily large.Furthermore, when I decided to return the product due to personal reasons, I followed the retailer's return policy and sent it back promptly. Regrettably, I am deeply disappointed that it has been one month since the return was initiated, and I still haven't received my refund. This delay has caused frustration and a loss of trust in the retailer's commitment to customer satisfaction.While I appreciate the quality of the product itself, the issues with the packaging and the delay in receiving my refund have marred my overall experience with Kamado Joe. I sincerely hope they address these concerns promptly and improve their customer service processes to ensure a more seamless and efficient refund experience for their customers.

Erg jammer dat het gewoon voor je deur word gezet in de regen. Hierdoor zijn de kooltjes helemaal nat. Ook zou het zo gestolen kunnen worden.Houtskool is altijd wel heel goed.

Ordered two packages. One arrived damaged. A big hole "fixed" with some tape. And the damaged one is almost half kilo ligter than another one.

Ik was een enorme fan van deze houtskool en gebruik het al tijden. Helaas, ook ik heb na enkele malen toch Big Joe houtskool de voordeel van de twijfel gegeven in de hoop dat in de volgende zak weer veel ouderwets grote stukken zitten. Niet het geval. Afgelopen 5 zakken bestaan voornamelijk uit kleine blokken. Zodra de laatste zak op is ga ik overstappen naar een ander merk. Zonde want het was echt een top product!

I was making a spatchcock chicken and this charcoal made so much smoke it literally overwhelmed my entire street for the entire duration of the cook, it just wouldn’t stop smoking like a damn chimney. I’ve never seen anything like this in all my cooks.A bad batch? Wet charcoal? I can’t say but I won’t use this again.

The coal burns nice and clean.But 70% of the bag was small pieces of coal, which is disappointing for a bag that says XL Lump coal.I bought 3 bags, and all 3 had mainly small pieces.So I will not buy this product again.

Good size coals, easy to use, lit very well, burnt for a good length of time, we managed to smoke a beef brisket for 5 hours and cook kebabs, ribs, jacket potatoes and burgers all with a small about of coals at the bottom of our kamado grill. Good weight, size and quality , good value for money too. Highly recommend 🔥🔥👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

So many brands just give you kibble to burn, shattered remnants of broken pieces that more resemble what’s in a box of cereal. This is the first brand I have tried and been happy with. Large chunks that will go low and slow all day. The smaller pieces tend to run away on temps and generally be less consistent. Not these.I have tried primo, big green egg, cowboy and royal oak. All garbage: tiny pieces with rocks left over in every cook. Steer clear.Still on my list to try: Rockwood, fogo, jealous devil and b+b. All have a good rep, I just can’t speak to them.
