Loved mine so much I bought this one for a friend. Best pancake pan I’ve owned.

Pros:1. 28 inches is exactly the size that I was hoping for. I use it as a 'Tawa' alternative for my Roti/Chapati, and it serves the purpose.2. The removable handle makes it easier to store in any drawer, and that's been a massive plus.3. It definitely is non-stick.Cons:1. For the first week, everytime I would use it, there was a very strong distinct smell that came from the pan itself. (I was worried about that, but after a few uses and washes, it is fine)2. The material on the connector between the pan and detachable handle, use to turn in soot, that would stick to my fingers and everywhere else if I touched it. I was not sure where it was coming from in the starting days, but later realized that it was the base of the pan as well as the handle. I washed it rigorously a few times to get rid of it, but on every usage, it was there. Thankfully after 2 weeks of using it, it is no longer there.3. The pan isn't exactly plain, the middle part is slightly raised. and I came to that conclusion when I place 2-3 beaten eggs on the pan, they run to the outer sides, instead of staying in the middle. That's something that annoys me, but I am alright since I use another pan for cooking my eggs not, and this one I only use for Roti/Chapati now.
