Used to love Singstar back in the day - now you can just browse YouTube on your telly and hook this up via Bluetooth to the TVI liked:* Having the ability to control echo - we've had a couple of the 'kids' karaoke machines from here before and the echo was OTT to the point of being unusable* The compact size of the unit and the mics being housed on it - means the whole thing can be packed away when not in use* Portability - if you've not got spare mains sockets near the telly, then having the option to have it run off an internal battery is usefulWasn't so keen on:* Speaker quality - it's a bit tinny for anything beyond a small sized room and if you had more than 3 or 4 people I think you'd be wanting a proper boom box/free standing karaoke machine* Lighting is a bit of an acquired tasteLook out for:* Bluetooth lag - if you're watching videos on YouTube with scrolling lyrics, you may be better off trying to run an audio out cable from your telly, otherwise it's a noticeable gap inbetween what's on screen and what's coming out audio wise. Not this unit's fault so not downgrading my review for that.

The best karaoke ever! Sounds great! Portable ! Love it. Can connect to TV easily! Bought it as a gift for my partner who loves it!

This is proper adult looking karaoke machine with a stand for the phone/other device to display lyrics.My major issue is the sound.Whenever speaking through a microphone - just one - there's lots of noise and static created.it doesn't happen when the mic is on and put away - it only happens when you speak/sing.Even with a foam cover on the mic, it keeps happening. Both the machine and mics are fully charged and being portable there are no cables attached that would cause these issues.The voice sounds ok but the interference kills the pleasure and is annoying.Other than that, which is a rather major issue in my opinion, the machine is ok in terms of functionality and operation with decent volume levels.The front lights are cool and I like they change with the music beat which adds to the fun.The double functionality as a PA system for small events and gatherings is also cool.The machine also has several ports for other connections and also, a memory card slot to play music.Overall it is a good machine but I think the noise and static errors are a major issue when you pay nearly £80 for that.
