Not many reviews and have bought this as opposed to receiving it free as part of the Amazon Vine program so thought I'd leave a review. I'm also not a plant from the middle east just fyi and so my review is completely genuine.So basically I've been hugely impressed with this. An absolute doddle to install (standard fitting) and comes with an extra filter, two rubber washers, a mini wrench and a flow restrictor for high pressure water systems. I didn't require any of these things and literally installed the shower head as it came - just unscrewed the old one and screwed in the new one just by hand tightening. No leaks and honestly took under a minute.I bought the slightly bigger model i.e. 10 inch as opposed to 8 inch, which results in more coverage but it's a less intense flow so if you want a more concentrated and forceful shower you might be better off buying the smaller head. I'd say this is more like a rainwater type of flow rather than a high pressure flow so factor that in before buying.Evidently the filter works as advertised and the water feels lovely - there is a noticeable difference albeit I'm in a 'moderately hard' water area so I probably would notice whereas if you're in a softer water area you might not. Just fyi - the filters aren't available online yet but I'm assuming they will appear in due course and the filters last 12 months (I think) so plenty time before you have to cross that bridge.A couple of things to note - it's a little heavier than my old one (a traditional flat head without any sort of filter) and because of the filter it's deeper as well so if your existing shower head is close to your head, this will probably be touching it. Again, factor this is in before buying - I'd say the difference with mine is about 2-3 inches.All in all I'm very happy and I think this is a fab product for the price. If you're in a hard water area and you can fit this in your shower I'd definitely give it a go. I have to admit that the water feels gorgeous despite me usually being sceptical of these claims.

Putting this in an old 1960s London flat, the difference is night and day.Our hair is healthier, our skin has never been better, and instalation was extremely easy.Just ensure that when you buy this, make sure your existing shower head has the ability to be removed first.Been using this for about a month now. No limescale whatsoever. Never going back.

L’eau de la douche est plus douce depuis que j’utilise ce produit. Facile à installer avec les outils fournis.

Looks like a large dinner plate, thought it would be too large, but it is excellent!!
