These highlighters are inexpensive. They don’t smell at all and they do dry quickly. Colours are vibrant as expected and the chisel tip is firm. They are rather short compared to the big name brands out there so their longevity is lowered, but at this price it’s all good. The cap is convex, not flat, so the highlighter can’t be left upside down with the cap on for some reason. Maybe this prevents the fluid from pooling?

As a parent helping teens with school projects and managing my own work notes, these Kavish highlighters have been a quiet helper. Last week, my son was prepping for a history presentation, and the bright colors made key dates pop without bleeding through his notebook paper - even when he got a little overzealous with the underlining. The only downside - I wish the barrel was slightly thicker for a more comfortable grip during long sessions. I normally only have 1 or maybe 2 colors of highlighter so it’s actually nice to have a selection of different colors. There are 6 colors in this pack: 3 yellow, 2 orange, 2 pink, 2 blue, 2 green and 1 purple. That’s probably a good mix since yellow is the color I use most often and purple is a little dark so I use that the least.These work as you would expect, once the ink starts to flow into the tip they highlight with a single stroke. It’s also good value for a pack of 12.
