The mug is extra big which is great, keeps food good & warm also. My granddaughter uses it for her lunch just about every day to take chicken wings in it (she does not like school lunches & her mom fixes her chicken wings at least 4 days of the week :) her favorite. She's also had soup in it and it stays hot also and no spills.

Purchased the flask as a travel flask for working on the road during the colder months. I've been travelling up to 6 hrs and back every weekend since last Spring and was having to fork out for food from supermarkets and diners on the road or when I got there. This flask makes it so much easier to do up some soup or stew the night before and take it with me down the road and bonus it's all in one with the additional spoon and lid that can double as a bowl so even handier on the go.I've used it most of the Winter and have had no issues with it getting too cold too quick or leaking and all I can say it is perfect for the price. My only thing would be to make sure you definitely know how much you're getting for and your purpose, 500ml can be a bit on the smaller side with about two lids worth in the contents for soup. Obviously it depends what you're storing so just be aware of it, otherwise a great purchase would definitely buy again.

Neat little flask which does not leak. Keeps chilled items cool for hours. Has a lid which doubles as a cup and a sturdy fold away spoon which fits in the lid. Range of colours too.

A great product that’s easy to use, kept the lunch warm. Can be used for lots of different lunches that’s of a good size. I bought the lilac one and I loved the appearance. Ok in the dishwasher
