We had a new kitchen installed a couple of years ago and we decided to get an induction hob.Unfortunately, this meant that I could no longer use my large 2-handled pan that I bought in a small village in Italy back in the early nineties. The pan was still very useable if a little jaded on the non-stick front and remains in storage 'just in case'. So, I was on the hunt for a new large pan that was deep enough to give stews, risottos etc etc a good old stir without making a mess. It was harder to find a big pan than I thought it would be - many stop at 28 cm (from memory - maybe it was 32 cm). Anyway, I stumbled upon this non-stick Kela pan measuring 36 cm - perfect! As far as the quality is concerned, I didn't have any of the issues that some others seem to have had - no dents, badly-fitting lids etc. It was spot on. Another point is the weight - I find it heavy enough and have cooked with it successfully on my induction hob. The induction base is 24 cm so is perfect for our induction rings. However, as has been mention numerous times, the handles get very hot and you have to use some form of protection to hold them. So, I've taken a star off for this rather annoying shortcoming.

Als erstes muss ich sagen, dass die Größe wirklich fantastisch ist (habe die 7 Ltr. Pfanne). Deckel schließt super ab.Qualitativ top!Wärmeverteilung ist bei mir nicht ganz optimal, aber das liegt nicht an der Pfanne sondern an meinem zu kleinen Kochfeld, das Kochfeld sollte für die Pfanne ausreichend groß sein.Verstehe die negativen Rezessionen nicht, dass die Griffe heiß werden... Also Leute, das kann man sich doch denken, da die Griffe nicht angesetzt sind. Dafür ist die Pfanne auch Backofengeeignet, was ich sehr gut finde.Alles in allem kann ich den negativen Bewertungen nicht recht geben, ich bin bis jetzt super zufrieden.Kaufempfehlung!
