Kenko 49-55 Step Up Ring, 2668

This step up ring works fine. The threads seem to be well machined and so it screws on easily, makes a snug fit and is easy to remove again. It appears to be made from a reasonable quality metal and having used it a few times there is no sense that the threads will wear or deform through use. I am happy to recommend this to others.

It’s an excellent step up. Screws in smoothly.

I use this to allow my Nikon lens 28mm f/1.8G AF-S NIKKOR lens with 67mm to take a 77mm polarizer from B&W filter . It does the job and is reasonably price. The material used for this ring appears strong and rigid enough but I am careful not to exert too much force on it. I believe it is made of aluminum and not brass like the B+W filter (but that's far more expensive).
