So I thought these were only for short people, but turns out, for how high i want to sit so i can have a good ergonomic posture for my elbows not to touch my desktop (curved desk) and my eyeline to be at the top of my 3 monitors, I had to raise my chair almost to the top most it'll go, so my legs were slightly dangling, so I just rested them on the legs of the chair - bad idea. Got this thing after seeing an ergonimc video my work sent us, said we should put reams of paper so we had our feet flat or one of these at an angle, tall guy in the video wasn't short so I thought why not... I adjusted it every few days for the first few weeks to find a good spot, and I finally ended up at the highest angle with it allowing me to angle my legs comfortably. it relieves pressure on my thighs and lower back it seems. I definitely don't feel as bad as I did sitting all day as i did before using this for sure.

This product is excellent. I do not understand why some people are having issues with it. Yes, it is composed of a heavy duty plastic; however, its purpose is to elevate your feet to take the strain off of them while sitting at your computer/desk. They are not meant to be stood upon or to apply undo pressure. I am presently sitting at my desk with the Ergonomic Footrest under my feet. I have it on the lowest position and I am finding immediate relief. Being a person who does suffer from skeletal problems, I am finding this to be an excellent product. I also purchased one for my Hubby and he loves it as well. I am only 5'4" and he is 6' and we both find that the lowest setting works best for us. It was easy to assemble and I appreciate the scuff guards that came with this footrest.I will definitely be purchasing a few more of these. We found them to great at the kitchen table as well. For the price, you can't go wrong.
