Kenwood AT 910 voorzetstuk voor spuitgebak

In casa usiamo molto la trafila del kenwood per fare la pasta fresca e questo accessorio la completa, permettendo di usarla anche per fare i biscotti. Funziona bene e consente di fare dei bei biscotti senza usare gli stampini. Abbiamo provato un paio di impasti ed i biscotti vengono ruvidi, stile "crumiri" per intenderci. Come tutti gli accessori kenwood costa un po' cara, ma è ben fatta e si prevede durerà una vita.

My Grandmother used to make these when we visited during summer holidays. She had a hand operated machine. I purchased the Kenwood pasta maker and the doodah to connect it with Chef series of mixers, all fits together well. There is a little bit of loose movement in the mount but pretty similar to what meat mincer does.I'm not too manually skilled so I operated at minimum speed to keep up with the machine while putting the cakes on a tray and pushing the dough down. Convenient speed and still had 1 kg of biscuits pressed in no time. I was very positively surprised how pretty much all of the dough went through and how little there was to clean.It takes a little effort to remove the last bits of the dough from the stencil but warm water helps greatly.I only regret that I didn't make them with my grandmother, only ate them.

Il materiale sembra davvero ottimo.Abbiamo fatto i biscotto diverse volte e fa quello che deve.Questo è uno dei pochi casi a cui ho dato pieni voti ad un accessorio della Kenwood che non sempre sono all'altezza della macchina principale in termini di qualità e prestazioni.Spero di essere stato utile.
