Terrific scraper beater for Kenwood Chef. It does a great job at scraping down the sides of the bowl when making desserts, etc. Highly recommended, terrific seller.

J'ai utilisé mon nouveau batteur souple pour la pâte à cake, vous savez : beurre pommade à mélanger au sucre jusqu'à l'obtention d'une "mousse" quasi blanche, ensuite incorporer des oeufs et, à la fin, farine, condiments et lévure chimique le tout tamisé en alternance avec du lait.Avec mon ancien Kenwood Chef, j'utilisais le batteur K et il fallait arrêter le robot tous les 5 minutes pour gratter les parois du bol mélangeur. Maintenant, mon nouveau Kenwood Chef premium muni avec le batteur souple fait ça très bien tout seul.Résultat : cake d'une légèreté impeccable avec un effort minimum (pour moi)

I use this beater to make cakes. It works as advertised. I did not need to scrape the bowl while blending the batter. It will blend everything without leaving any mix dry. However the instructions say to place the liquid into the bowl first for a reason. This will ensure complete mixing. Also start the mixing slowly before turning up the speed. Your cake will turn out beautifully.5/8/2017It has been a year and I use this attachment in place of the regular "K" beater most of the time. It will blend dry ingredients completely. It also does a good job creaming room temperature cream cheese and butter. This purchase was definitely worth it!
