I find these work better than some of the bigger cutters people use for polymer clay. Be sure to use a bit of water or corn starch to keep the clay from sticking to the cutters.

Cute and nice size for stubs but lots of small little gaps that the clay sticks into and makes it hard to remove without wrecking the design

These clay cutters make cute little flowers that are smaller than a US dime. The first pic shows the dime sitting on the top of the cutter where you hold it, but the cutter part is smaller. They are a good size for making stud earrings or for decorating larger background clay pieces. The cutters are sturdy and they emboss well with the right thickness of clay. They do require cornstarch to keep them from sticking to the clay.
