Held up through multiple strength sessions without any sign of wobbling or wear. Adjustments are easy mid-set, and the back support feels solid during presses or seated work. Didn’t feel like it needed a second pair of hands during assembly—straightforward and quick. The padding’s firm but not stiff, no slipping even when sweating heavily. Used the foot brace for some decline exercises and it stayed in place without digging into my legs. Wheels help a lot when moving it across the room after workouts. It’s been the most-used bit of kit in my home setup and fits in without taking over the whole space. No rattling, no looseness, and no readjustments needed once locked in. Can take a beating and still feel solid.

The bench was easy to put together, didn't take too long either. Felt sturdy once together. I haven't gone heavy on it yet but it seems like it could handle more than I've thrown at it.Cushion is fairly firm and offered decent support. Not a fan of the gap in these sorts of benches but it's not too bad.Overall, seems like a solid option.

The padding strikes a good balance between firmness and cushioning, contributing to a comfortable training experience.  The upgraded removable foot catch is a thoughtful addition, providing secure leg support for decline exercises. The soft foam cushion here also enhances comfort and helps prevent any unwanted pressure. The ease of assembly is noteworthy; I had it ready for use in the claimed timeframe. The inclusion of wheels and a handle also makes manoeuvring the bench around my home gym surprisingly convenient.While long-term durability will be assessed with continued use, the initial build quality and the 5-year technical support offered by Keppi suggest a commitment to the product's longevity. Easy to assemble and use. The bench is strong and sturdy and quite heavy. Is easily adjusted to save space and suit your needs. Great for lifting weights and exercise. perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again

This is a very well built and designed weight bench. The 600kg limit is generous, and the bench is both easy to put together and comfortable.It's getting a lot of use and seems entirely solid.
