Geschikt voor professioneel gebruik in de studio of voor training thuis. Met de kettlebells van Msports ben je perfect uitgerust. Onze kettlebells zijn samen met fitnesstrainers ontwikkeld, hierbij is gelet op optimale gewichtssamenstelling en gradatie. De robuuste metalen kern garandeert een veilige training en een optimaal zwaaigedrag.

De Msports kettlebell is uitstekend afgewerkt en is daardoor perfect geschikt voor kracht- en duurtraining. Gemaakt van hoogwaardig metaal – door de metalen kern zeer robuust.
Functionele fitnesstraining.
Door dynamische bewegingen die het hele lichaam stimuleren, is de training erop gericht fit te worden en een goed getraind figuur te bereiken. Tegenwoordig zijn kettlebells bij deze trainingsvorm niet meer weg te denken.
Gegevens en effect:
Afmetingen: 28 x 22 x 22 cm. Hoogte tussen bal en handvat: 7 cm. Diameter greep: 10 cm. Materiaal: Metalen kern. Kleur: afhankelijk van het gewicht.
Gewichten afhankelijk van de voorraad: 8 kg, 12 kg, 16 kg, 20 kg, 24 kg, 28 kg, 32 kg en 36 kg. Je ontvangt altijd een kettlebell met het gekozen gewicht + oefenposter.
De training bestaat vooral uit oefeningen voor het gehele lichaam, die het functionele samenspel van de spieren bevorderen. Het lichaam leert dus zich als functionele eenheid te bewegen. Explosiviteit/snelle kracht, kracht, uithoudingsvermogen en beweeglijkheid worden al na korte trainingen verbeterd. Kettlebells staan ook bekend om een zeer hoog calorieverbruik.

I received 3 Kettlebells on 3 successive days from MSPORTS in Germany (delivered to me in The Netherlands). Very efficient delivery, and I can imagine the DHL guy would not have been too happy carrying a 16KG, 20KG and 24 KG weight in one delivery.The packaging is pretty good - styrofoam and cardboard box which provided enough protection to the KBs. The styrofoam split on all 3 in transit but that is really to be expected given the weight of these things.The paint work and finish on each of the kettlebells looks good. There were some minor inconsistencies in the handle of one of the KBs but this will be fixed with a bit of fine sanding. The pain work is excellent, and give or take a small imperfection here and there, it was really beyond my expectations.The overall balance and feel of these KBs is excellent. There is a solid and consistent feeling across weights and they work far better than other KBs - hardstyle / iron ones in the past.Two criticisms: there is some loose material in the KBs which rattles quite loudly. I don't think it affects the balance or vibration but the jury is out on that. I think I can live with this issue - which seems to be common for competition KBs. The other, I did not receive the poster containing the Kettlebell Exercises. Not a huge issue but an unnecessary irritant.All in all happy with the purchase and satisfied with the service.
