I was looking for something simple that didn’t require a whole lot of messing around this product worked out of the box. Had it installed in less than five minutes. Just make sure when you put it in place but it’s at the right location otherwise your hose could be too short. Would recommend.

We bought this as the weight that came with our new kitchen mixer/tap did not work at retracting the hose back into the gooseneck. Thankfully, we found this and it works like a charm!
