No sirve de nada, demasiado blando para hacer cualquier cosa

Ottima idea ma per arrotolare bene un sushi serve la stuoia in bamboo mentre il silicone tende a far perdere la forma che si vuole ottenere e non si ottiene facilmente un cilindro ben steso; lo userò al posto della pellicola e lo userò al di sotto della nuova stuoia in bamboo che comprerò successivamente.

Ich bin absolut zufrieden. Gleich die ersten Sushi-Versuche haben geklappt und sind bei meinen Gästen hervorragend angekommen (siehe Fotos). Alles geht ohne Frischhaltefolie oder ähnliche Hilfsmittel (wie in meinem Kochbuch von einem Japaner eigentlich empfohlen). Zudem kann diese Matte in den Spühlautomaten, was mit Bambusmatten nicht geht.Von mir gibt es eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.

This is great for those who want to do reverse rolls or, like me, don't want to wrap their bamboo mats in plastic. An eco-friendly option! Washes easily. Bear in mind this is NOT a replacement for a bamboo mat! This is just to keep it clean. Cut it to just slightly larger than your bamboo mat. If you try to use this alone it will be too soft and floppy to roll. You do still need to use your bamboo, you'll just not have to clean the bamboo any more, which is great since those are harder to clean than this!
