KEYESTUDIO IoT Smart Home Farm Kit for Arduino ESP32,Electronics Programming KitThis is an interesting kit that anyone starting out with the basic programming knowledge (or none) will find very enjoyable and is an ideal and fun way of getting involved.Access to the internet is required, ideally via a PC so that you can save various downloads.There are a wide range of the common sensors etc. and they are easily available if you want more.Everything you need is there, except the power source. There is a battery holder for 6 x AA batteries (not supplied). There is no mention about it, but I assume that the kit can be run from a suitable power supply instead of batteries, as the batteries probably won't last long.What is lacking, is any form of information or user guide. The only paperwork is a parts list and a multilingual leaflet stating where to get the information from.Tutorial etc. linksThe link given to get the tutorials etc. leads to Dropbox. The dropbox page shows the folders etc. that you can download. Hover over the folder and the option to download should appear. Click on Download. This will open the dropbox sign in window. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN IN to drop box. Go to the bottom of that window (below the Continue button) and click on 'Or continue to download only'The Keyestudio models are are a bog-standard, simple type that will work with other systems as long as the correct code is used, i.e. on an Arduiino or Raspberry Pi, Pico, etc.

This item was supplied to me free of charge through Amazon’s Vine program; however, this in no way influences my review, all items I request are products that I have a use for or will use and the reviews I then submit are intended to be both impartial and informative for potential purchasers.Have not assembled this yet and OMG, prepare yourself for some serious learning.The kit is also a lot smaller than you think, the images make it look a lot larger and there is no sizing in the images which they should consider.Think this will end up with the kids teeaching me rather than the other way round.Instructions - Forget it, you have to navigate online to get what you need and thats a struggle, they should put them in the box but i understand some elements need to be online but not all of it. The Galaxy tab didnt work so well so ended up on the laptop.Once its up and running im sure all will be good.
