Un ottimo filtro nella fattura e nella precisione dell'installazione, apprezzo molto anche le zigrinature spesse sui lati per facilitare l'installazione e la rimozione, che dà ai nostri scatti un effetto simile a quello dei filtri black mist, ma meno evidente: noto maggiore contrasto, un leaking di luce meno ampio e quindi un effetto più leggero, meno "falso".Ora sto valutando di prenderlo anche da 82mm (ho ordinato il 77) perché non mi aspettavo mi piacesse così tanto e voglio usarlo anche sul mio Tamron 35-150 appena arrivato.Prezzo giusto, apprezzata anche la pezza in microfibra sottovuoto. Per me 5 stelle.

This filter fits perfectly on the lens and adds a nice touch to the images. It gives the highlights a soft, glowing effect without losing sharpness in the rest of the photo. I’ve noticed it’s great for portraits, as it subtly softens skin details like blemishes or wrinkles, making it a solid option for video shoots as well. The build quality is excellent, with a slim frame that prevents any vignetting even on wider lenses. Plus, the nano-coating does its job well, keeping it clean and free from reflections. I have a few of the K&F filters and have never had a problem with the product but on my last Amazon purchase I ordered a 58mm filter and the wrong sized filter arrived in a dirty box. While I was trying to sort it with Amazon the refund system asked me to contact Kentfaith. On doing so I received a fast response and another was sent. Kentfaith customer service is great and will support you if you have any issues.

El filtro viene protegido en una cajita que sirve para su almacenamiento y acompañado por tres toallitas para limpiar lentes envasadas al vacío.La calidad de construcción es muy buena, como todos los productos de K&F que he tenido ocasión de probar.Aunque no he tenido muchas ocasiones para usar el filtro ya que mi "estilo" (por llamarlo de alguna manera) de fotografía no requiere de efectos de difusión, sí que he podido probarlo un poco y lo principal que he notado ha sido un suavizado de la imagen, aunque muy poco y una pequeña disminución del contraste.Ambos efectos se pueden conseguir en post, pero si se tiene claro el efecto que se quiere en cada foto, el filtro ahorra el tiempo de tener que editar.No sé por qué, pero esperaba que se notara el efecto mucho más de lo que lo hace (igual estoy haciendo algo mal) pero esto tampoco es malo, simplemente es cuestión de acostumbrarme y si en algún momento necesitara más, cosa que dudo, siempre puedo buscar otro filtro con mayor efecto o añadirlo en post.El filtro me ha gustado bastante teniendo en cuenta la construcción y el precio que tiene y, aunque no le vaya a dar demasiado uso, siempre viene bien tenerlo en la colección por si acaso.

Great quality on a budget. I have used quite a few different K&F filters over the years and they've all been good. Personally I couldn't really tell the difference between the Shimmer 1, Black Mist 1/8, and Black Mist 1/4 so I just kept the Shimmer for now. I will probably go back for the combo Black Mist 1/4 + CPL some day to keep on my other lens for automotive photography.
