Great piece of kit. I did have an issue with the ball head but the company sent a replacement straight away of high quality, which arrived about a week after the initial delivery of the tripod set. Would highly recommend due to the premium feel of it. Think this is the top tripod on Amazon for the price (

Trip itself is great and has a lot of functionality. However, it did not come with instructions manual and I fat seem to turn on pairing mode on remote control to connect it to camera.
