This is a very good product for amusing and educating 3+ year olds. It's already getting enthusiastic use by my granddaughter.The kit has lots of magnetic shapes that stick to both sides of the easel. A full English alphabet and two sets of 0-9 numbers allow plenty of creative ideas as the kids get older. There's also a set of geometric shapes that can form a puzzle, plus six animals.Six coloured chalks are included for writing and drawing on the chalkboard side of the easel. The other side can be used with dry-wipe whiteboard pens (there are no whiteboard pens in the kit so these will have to be bought separately). A dry rubber is supplied too.The easel comes flat-packed but is very easy to put together. It's hinged at the top of the two sides. Two wooden bars are screwed into holes in each edge using the four screws supplied. An Allen key is included so that they can be tightened sufficiently to prevent them coming undone in use. Disassembly is equally easy when the easel needs to be put away.For just under £20 the cost is modest and the quality is good.

Je me faisais une joie de recevoir ce tableau pour mon fils, cela faisait un moment que je le convoitait. Dès le déballage je commence à être déçue: le film protecteur des deux côtés (que l'on aperçoit dans la galerie images du produit) est très (très) difficile à enlever. Il est fort bien collé sur les paroies.Mon fils trépigne, je m'énerve et finie par être inquiète car il est collé sous les plaques de bois qui maintiennent les tableaux et je ne peux pas tout enlever, une partie dépasse. Pourvu qu'il n'arrache pas de petits morceaux de films plein de colle pour les mettre à la bouche.Autre déception: aucun feutre effaçable n'est fourni... Bon ... Bon ... on essaie de rester dans la joie et on se met à jouer avec des craies sur le côté tableau noir...Ah ce ne sont pas des craies mais plutot des pastels gras .... les dessins ne s'effaçent pas avec la petite brosse fournie.... Je vais devoir y aller au vinaigre ?Décidément... Il me semble pourtant qu'on trouve l'ardoise et la pierre poreuse dans la nature, pourquoi avoir modifié des matières organiques en un truc synthétique et qui ne s'éfface pas ?Petit point positif mon fils semble apprécier les magnets. Moi je ne raffole pas de leur design mais ma foi c'est à lui que cela doit plaire.Voila vous l'aurez compris je suis déçue par ce produit. Mon fils y retourne volontier quant à lui mais se contente simplement d'y coller les aimants. Cela fait maigre comme occupation pour ce prix là. Et pour la place que cela occupe dans l'appartement.Je vais me procurer des feutres et voir si le tableau blanc nous amuse mais franchement pour moi ça ne le fait pas. Je passe !

This is a great size for a tabletop easel. Space saving in that regard and good for little hands. I am glad that I opened this up before giving to my child as it takes a small amount of assembly. Firstly you need to remove the protective tape that has covered both sides of the easel. This does require a sharp blade to do the edges (this isn't provided). Wooden rods are then screwed to each side to ensure that the easel doesn't collapse, hardware and an allen key are provided for this job. Very simple and straightforward set up. The magnets also need to be popped out of their boards. The magnets are great for spelling and making sums. There are a few little animal magnets and some shapes too. These stick well to both sides of the board. The chalk is different. Because it is dust free it is almost more like a wax crayon and when applied to the blackboard, it doesn't rub off easily at all with the eraser that is included. I had to push very hard and rub continuously to remove the chalk. There are no white board pens included for the white board side. I think this is a very nice easel and I know my children will thoroughly enjoy playing games and doodling away on this, they have got to the ages at 4 & 6 where this is one of their favourite things to do. They also like imaginative play, schools being one of them so this is perfect for those games. A couple of things let it down, the chalk being stubborn to remove and the lack of white board pens. I think the price is also a little on the high side.
