My daughter loves this seat! We use it almost everyday! Stays very tight and solid to the frame and is easily removed or attached in a few minutes!

The Kids Ride Shotgun 2.0 is a great concept and could be an excellent product, but it has some limitations depending on your bike’s geometry. I use it on a modern mountain bike with a steeply angled, skinny top tube, and unfortunately, the seat tends to slide backward during rides. This forces my child, 2yo 30lbs, into a reclined position, which isn’t comfortable for them—even sliding enough back to make it hard to pedal myself. I think this would work perfectly on a road bike frame or a bike with a flatter, same-diameter top & bottom tube.My child loves riding with me, and it’s a lot of fun when we get it right. However, I had to get creative to make it work on my current setup by using a paracord to keep the seat from sliding back. You might want to consider another option if you have a steeply angled top tube. For bikes with a more compatible frame, this could be an excellent addition to your rides.

It has taken me a thousand attempts to install this, and it's impossible to keep it fixed. It always moves backwards after a few minutes of use; it just slides to the back. It's really disappointing because it would have been a lot of fun, but it ended up being frustrating and a bit expensive.
