These are great wrist guards. I wear the large size over a pair of gloves. They keep my hands from being scraped up and my wrists from being bent back too far. The first pair lasted about 2 years. The stitching came undone after a while, possibly because I ran them through the washing machine. I hand wash in a bucket with my other pads now.

Las muñequeras están increíbles, hasta parecen férulas ortopédicas por lo que restrigen el movimiento para evitar fracturas, cosa que me agradó bastante.El material es de calidad y se ve que son muy duraderas.Sin embargo, ten cuidado con tu talla y GUÍATE POR LA TABLA DE TALLAS que ofrece la marca. Tengo las manos pequeñas y mide mi palma 7" exactas, por lo que me correspondía la talla XS, pero le hice caso a algunos comentarios que decían según que venían reducidas y pedí las S. Error, me quedan ligeramente grandes por lo que mi talla ideal sí hubiera sido XS como sugería la tabla.No las devolveré porque a pesar de que las tengo que ajustar más, siguen siendo funcionales, pero me hubiera gustado más tener la talla que me correspondía.Ojo: Si tienes manos pequeñas como yo pero tu muñeca/brazo es un poco más ancha, sí elige la S para que no te apriete, porque la correa de los extremos es un poco más corta como se ve en la imagen. Si tus manos y muñecas son pequeñas, elige la XS
