I've worn the same style underwire bra for 30 some years and obviously loved them. They are comfortable and supportive of my DDD girls. I've recently had heart surgery and when I finally graduated back to wearing my normal bra I suddenly found them uncomfortable, they rubbed me to the point of actually having sores. I tried many different types and styles of wireless bras but just couldn't find the support I needed and wanted. I was wearing my old bras with gauz pads to avoid getting sores. I turned to Amazon looking for bra inserts thinking I could use them as a barrier and save money washing and reusing when I came across these. I'm so happy I tried them!!! They are easy to use, stay in place all day and make my bras comfortable again! I wash them with my bras in a garment bag and hang them to dry. Honestly, the best purchase I've ever made. I bought 2 packs so I have one for each bra. I'm kinda thinking I might try sewing them to the bra, just to see how it works. Could make it even easier to wear.

This is good for hot seats but rather awkward to get into position. I should have ordered a smaller size

Die Idee ist prinzipiell gut: weniger Schweiß auf der Haut bedeutet weniger Reizungen und Entzündungen. Leider rutschen die Einlagen etwas und neigen dazu, sich zusammenzurollen. Mit BH ist das weniger dramatisch, da der BH die Vorlagen gut fixiert. Doch nachts ist es etwas schwieriger.Soweit komme ich jedoch ganz gut zurecht und werde sicher wieder kaufen.

I bought these both to absorb sweat and to create a fabric buffer between my underwires and my ribs/chest. The length is perfect; the ends wrap around to the back band. I wear mine between the back elastic and my skin, to minimize how much the elastic band digs in. For this purpose this liner is ideal! Note that they are long and will absorb sweat under the back bra band. In front, I place the liner between the underwire and my ribs, to minimize the pain of the wire digging into my chest. There is enough liner to also rest in the bottom of the cups and absorb sweat. They hold up perfectly in a cold wash, air dry laundering, don't retain odors, and have made my 'back to work, wear a real bra' life more bearable. The price is great, the length is perfect. A little bit of messing around will get them perfectly placed in your bra, and you won't regret this purchase.
