Both, the tiara and sash are elegant and pretty.

I couldn’t believe it when it arrived the quality was amazing, the weight of the tiara and sturdiness. Definitely nothing like the cheap plastic ones. The recipient felt very special wearing this and the sash.

People sometimes tease me because my head is rather small. Many hats are too big for me. But this retirement crown seemed to be made for a child. It was painfully tight. I had to bend the arms of it to make it fit, and was afraid they would snap because they had to be bent so much. But they didn't snap and everyone at my retirement party thought it was pretty. I wore it from the afternoon party until the end of the retirement dinner and it was comfortable after I bent it to fit. The question about the age of the person for whom it was a gift stops at 13+ years, so I guess it WAS made for a child, but how many children are retiring?
