Very easy to set up and use. It resolved all the problems I had when trying to do belt squats in my garage. For example, it pulls the chain from the belt so it doesn't sink on your skin when lifting heavy. Also, there is no need to go up a platform which makes it safer.

I will rate this item on its value for money, there are better belt squats out there but you pay a lot more money for them, for the cost this an excellent belt squat.For an entry level belt squat it is excellent.

Although the design is a good idea it lacks. One problem is the squat racks are evolving to a multi functional design with the cage tubing becoming wider and thicker. Of the 6 squat racks at my gym the last of its kind that will fit this. 2nd, this needs a kick stand so that after you load it retracts. After loading the weights you have to squat beyond comfortable or need assistance to get under the weight. The kick stand would allow you to comfortably get situated and once you hv control the kick start will retract as well as allow spotter or lifter to replace the stand back down. Lastly, the neck that loads the weight isn’t long enough to hold enough weight. This doesn’t hold more than 3/4 45lbs. plates depending on if you are using bumper or metal. My wife complained how she couldn’t do more. 😂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
