El batidor tiene unos 28 centímetros de largo y 7 centímetros en la zona más ancha.Ambos utensilios son resistentes al calor hasta 260 grados pero no resistentes a la llama. Esto significa que el calor siempre les tiene que dar de forma indirecta y aguantan también perfectamente el lavavajillas y cualquier tipo de cocinado.Una vez que los tienes en mano se sienten de muy buena calidad y están preparados para una cocina doméstica pero en mi caso en concreto los utilizo en cocina profesional y aguantan todo tipo de uso.Tanto la varilla como la espátula son perfectas para cualquier tipo de cocinado pero quizás estén más orientados hacia el mundo de la repostería aunque personalmente lo utilizo absolutamente para cualquier elaboración.La relación calidad-precio es buenísima

I like Kitchenaid utensils - they have robust, comfortable handles; go through the dishwasher without any ill effect; and last really well. The deep, glossy finish, red colour of the handles is lovely and matches other Empire Red items from the brand. This two piece set comes in a plastic bag with the whisk and spatula attached to a backing card with little cable ties.The whisk has a chunky handle with integrated hanging loop. It’s sturdy and well balanced, with effective wires. I have one of these I bought about 5 years ago (the end of the handle with the Kitchenaid logo is finished slightly differently) and comparing the two side by side, except for the fact that I’ve melted a little patch on the older one on the edge of a hot pan, you couldn’t tell that one had been in use for 5 years, it’s held up that well.The spatula has a scoop-shaped end that’s nice and flexible. I have a Kitchenaid scraper spatula with a curved and pointed tip that I’ve had for a while, I much prefer this new version. The older one is rather hard and inflexible and doesn’t do as good a job at cleaning out a bowl/pan.Priced at £16.95 for the two pieces this set represents a good saving over the individual prices (around £12 each).
