It arrives in a transparent bag, exposing contents. It's a little larger than I expected. It specified small bag, not so small. I'm not sure if I am keeping it. I would have liked it delivered in a brown envelope.I'll see it if it works for me, if not, I'll return it.

I needed a backpack that was smaller than a regular, but still bigger than my sling pack and this is exactly it! The canvas material is quality while not being stiff, and the zippers all work. I haven't tested the bag's straps to the fullest yet, but it appears to withstand heavier weight.The straps themselves extend to fit me great, and I have broad shoulders so that's a plus!

thought the size was big in the pucture but it is for a small kid's size it should show how big it is for an adult disappointed was not the real size as shown
