Very good bicycle chain which makes your peddling smoothly.

Perfect for my sons's Cube Team 200 mountainbike , it's a 7 speed. It fit's o.k. , and KMC quality is good. Also it has a modern Quick link. Shifts great and low noise , simply perfect!

Ziet er goed en kwalitatief uit. Een week nu in gebruik, en fietst soepel en zonder geluid. Wel samen met casette vervangen!

Erg snel roest, denk na twee maanden. Ondanks dat draait het nog soepel. Ik snap niet dat wij in 2020 nogsteeds heen kettingen hebben die niet gaan roesten. Wel fijn dat de ketting perfecte lengte heeft. Bij andere merken moet je het nog inkorten.

I bought this chain in the beginning of march 2021 and it hasn't caused any problems until two weeks ago (the end of january 2022). I didn't use my bike for five days and after five days my chain was completely rusted and stuck (the links didn't move as smoothly as before and some didn't move at all). i have oiled, degreased and and sprayed the chain. I don't know if this caused the rusting or if it prevented it a while but I thought that the chain wasn't able to become rusted.

I've ridden a few hundred km on this chain now. Initially it slipped on a few ratios as the cassette and chain got to know each other (this also happened with my last new Shimano chain when the Shimano cassette was replaced at the same time, so I don't think it's a worn cassette.) But within a couple of rides that had gone away, which is quicker than last time. I'm impressed with the smooth feel of the drivetrain now - tricky to say that's all the chain because I replaced the jockey wheels this time, and didn't last time! However, for a good price this seems a solid chain that plays nicely with all the other parts it touches being Shimano. The symmetrical quicklink is easier to use than Shimano's one-sided version that you have to bend, though you need a £3 tool to remove a quicklink and arguably you can do the Shimano link with just pliers.
