Esta silla me ha quitado los dolores de lumbares y piernas. Al principio me tuve que acostumbrar apoyarme en las rodillas o espinillas, pero la silla es acolchada y todo ha ido bien para mi. Totalmente recomendable para quienes tienen dolor de lumbares y de piernas por estar sentados en sus jornadas laborales.

Ce siège est parfait pour maintenir une posture droite, car j’ai tendance à m’avachir au bout de quelques temps dans un fauteuil classique. Souffrant régulièrement de mal de dos et particulièrement lorsque je restais longtemps devant l’ordinateur. Maintenant je peux passer des heures sur mon ordinateur sans trop peiner. Et comme j’ai aussi un bureau assis debout. Je peux alterner la position à genoux et la position debout.Je mesure 1,72m pour 74 Kg et j’avoue que le siège me convient parfaitement. Au début j’avais mal au tibia, mais c’était parce qu’il était mal réglé en inclinaison (il était trop haut) je l’ai rabaissé et maintenant cela va mieux. Heureusement d’ailleurs qu’il y a cette possibilité de réglage (j’ai le siège à réglage par vis).La conception est robuste et il est parfaitement logeable, car lorsque je ne l’utilise pas je peux le ranger facilement sous le bureau.Montage simple et rapide.Je recommande l’achat de ce siège.

I bought this chair to help with my lower back pain 2 weeks ago and have been using it almost everyday since. It was quick and easy to assemble and came with tools to fasten the nuts and bolts.The chair is slightly adjustable with a rotating thumb screw to adjust the height of the chair - though raising the seat also raises the knee support. They cannot be adjusted independently.The chair felt natural and comfortable to sit in, even for the whole day with regular breaks. I had to adjust my posture and seating posture so there was a good balance been the pressure on my knees and bottom.However after a few days of use I started to notice the (what I assume to be) foam padding on the seat and knee support starting to lose its shape. It had started to mould itself to me and did not fully bounce back. This meant the cushioning was getting worse which made it feel less comfortable, particularly on my knees.The foam padding has started to slide down inside the faux leather covers. The faux leather cover itself has started to crease and fold at the edges. One of the edge stitching threads has also snapped/come loose.While the metal frame and wheels seem to be quite robust, the same cannot be said for the seat and knee support pads. I’ve used this for almost 2 weeks now and it looks like it has been used for years.Unfortunately as it is now used I don’t think I can return it. I do need a kneeling chair as it does help with my back and posture so I will continue to use it but will not be buying another one.

Le istruzioni potevano essere scritte meglio, ma tutto sommato è facile da montare.Presa come "entry level" per capire se questa posizione è comoda, mi sono subito trovato bene e dopo una settimana di utilizzo la mia sciatalgia va già meglio
