Excellent item. I ride on a bike without any suspension and others in my group all have suspension. We go all over the place and this thing holds the phone without any issues. It is super easy to put the phone in and remove it.

Durable. Wiggles a little, but within reason. Holds the phone right. Easy to operate one handed. Couldn't think of a way to improve upon it.

Easy to use and install. More importantly it grips my iPhone securely and I’ve ridden my bikes all over the world and has never dislodged. It’s easy to release when I need to grab my phone to take a photo or pay for something. I’ve used all kinds of phone holders on my bikes but this one beats them all.

I am on my bike a lot, actually working in the bike touring industry. I've tried a few different phone holders and this is hands-down the best option. It is flexible in terms of handlebar diameter, it's quick to install/uninstall, AND (most importantly) the 'squeeze' mechanism allows me to grap my phone quickly when I am leaving my bike unattended or want to grab a picture. I have one for each of my bikes, and couldn't recommend it more.

Build quality is good. It's easy to install. I can easily install it on the stem. Phone can be easily put on and the grip is firm enough. You can also easily release it when you want to.
