KnitPro J'Adore Cubics breinaalden met dubbele punt, set van 5 - houten naalden voor sokken, mutsen, wanten, kort rondbreinaalden - 15 x 2,5 mm

I have these in 3mm and they work well. But the 2.5mm ones are simply too thin and flimsy. The tips are uneven and the needles flex a lot while knitting, which does not feel nice in the hands. And then, after only three weeks, two needles broke while knitting. This has never happened to me! I have broken wooden needles accidentally before, for instance by sitting on them or squishing them in a bag, but they have never before just splintered while knitting. There were little wooden splinters all over my knitting work.Overall, I think KnitPro should not sell needles of this type thinner than 3mm, as they simply break too easily.Initially, when the Symfonie wooden needles came out, a set of double pointed needles contained 6 needles to account for easy breakage. For the Cubics, there should probably be 10 needles or more in a pack, considering how easily they break.

I love using KnitPro Zing dpns and was very interested when i came across an online video review of these. I was intrigued by the design and how they would feel. Well i bought quite a small size as I am currently knitting socks and small diameter items, but i am blown away by how good these feel. The quality is as usual top notch for this brand. They are very easy to use and you hardly feel the difference between these and round pins. They feel really smooth i. The hand. The yarn doesnt slide off the ends as one would fear but thats to do with other aspects of knitting as well. They have a nice point so easy to get between stitches. Overall another great product from this brand and some more great dpns for my stash. In fact i don’t bother looking at other brands these days. Apart from others being massively expensive, these KnitPro dpns are excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Von mir wurden Stärke 2,5 und 3,0 bestellt. Ab Stärke 3,0 finde ich die Nadeln gut, Stärke 2,5 ist mir etwas zu instabil (verbiegen sich schnell). Höhere Stärken (dickere Nadeln) kann ich an dieser Stelle nicht beurteilen (hier könnte mich die Form möglicherweise stören) – da hilft nur ausprobieren.Das Nadelspiel liegt gut in der Hand, die Wolle gleitet problemlos und ich habe damit ein sauberes, gleichmäßiges Maschenbild. Als Vielstrickerin bevorzuge ich Holznadeln aber auch hin und wieder Abwechslung und wechsele daher phasenweise zwischen Holz- und Metallnadeln (um Abwechslung in der Hand aber auch den richtigen Farbkontrast zur Wolle zu haben): da wollte ich diese Nadeln natürlich ausprobieren.Die Farbe ist ansprechend, Material/Qualität wie gewohnt und erwartet. Wer gerne mit Holznadeln strickt wird hier – meiner Meinung nach – sicherlich nichts falsch machen. Ich werde vermutlich noch weitere Stärken ausprobieren.

Ligeros y cómodos. La única pega que les veo es el color, si usas un hilo oscuro es difícil verlo. Me gustaría un color claro o madera.

I have used Knitpro products for a while, and I'm always happy with them. These are a bit different as they are cubic not round which is a new experience, but positive still. They can be a bit expensive but you pay what you get, they are really good quality.
