Good quality product, excellent value for money. The hinges feel just a tiny bit wobbly, but it's solid heavy steel. It does its job well. Happy with the purchase.Delivery showed 3-6 weeks but it only took one.

Never ever waste your time peeling garlic. If only I had known of this nifty gadget ten years ago. It is a real time saver, you can pop in a clove of garlic, press the lever down and are rewarded with finely minced garlic. Simply open it up, take out the skin and add another clove; or as needed. This gadget is a nice size, is very easy to use and has a decent weight to it. It is exceptionally easy to clean, I just pop it into the dishwasher and it comes out clean. No more smelly fingers or the hassle of fine chopping. It is literally a three second job. The crusher is excellent for ginger as well. Manages to mince finely enough to avoid the stringy bits. This is one of those devices that a busy kitchen absolutely must have. It is a boon for those of us who like to cook from scratch but are short on time. You will not go wrong with this device.
