I'm a first time mom and I was really skeptical of this band would work. I was very pleasantly surprised that is does make a difference and makes me feel less aches and pains. It also helps me feel more secure as if my belly was getting a hug. I didn't think I needed the extension piece that came with the band, but so glad it was included because at 7 months I definitely needed it. I was able to put it on myself without help. I also really liked the petal design in the front of the band.

Very good material and comfortable so far. Gets a little uncomfortable when you sit down but works really well whike doing the daily chores.
