Auto focus is terrible.. you get 1 in 10 shots that are worth keeping in all modes....spend the extra and het a real camera not this toy.

All appears great at the moment, day 2, BUT the battery only lasts two hours, not ideal. Maybe we have a duff one. Anyway, the price and quality of picture camera takes is good enough to keep it. Not sure I would recommend though, as it's nice to be able to have the camera all day when out; best buy a spare original battery if you can!

Llegó en buen estado y con todos sus artículos dentro de la caja. No soy profesional, pero toma fotos decentes. Es buena para comenzar a tomar fotos si eres principiante.

When this works, it works well. The 42x zoom is great. It takes really nice panoramas. I take walks by the river and take photos of scenery along the way. I've noticed that when in a wide open space it takes really good photos. However if I'm in any kind of shade such as when trees are on either side of me, if it's cloudy, or if the sun is shining right over the camera it takes really dark photos with absolutely no dynamic range. I could get a great picture in one direction, but if I turn around and take a photo in the other direction with the sun shining overhead I get a really dark photo that looks like it was taken before sunrise.I'm using auto mode but have tried every other setting and nothing fixes this issue. The closest I've come to a solution is using 'aperture priority'. It makes the scenery look brighter but also leaves the sky looking an unnaturally dull white colour with no detail in the clouds.The conditions need to be exactly right to get a decent photo. I've never had an issue like this with any other camera. As I said when it works it takes great photos, but the rest of the time it's unusable.I'm really hoping a future firmware update fixes this because I'd like a camera that just works. This wasn't the most expensive camera in the world, but it was expensive enough that it should be able to handle clouds and sunshine.I'm including what I consider a 'bad' photo, a 'good' one, and one of the zoom in action.

No full manual so haven't been able to download my photosNot enjoying this cameraAnd Kodak saying so many options have been discontinuedI would be returning it but rec'd it and now away on vacation for a few months
