I discovered this brand while watching a video on macro calculations - not disappointed with the flavour or product, however it provides only 9 servings which is quite expensive when using only half a cup of mix but it does provide 15 grams of protein to this serving - its better than a protein shake and quite filling - I made American style flapjacks with avocado and a poached egg "sandwich" - went down a treat - would recommend!

I adore this waffle mix. It's quite chocolaty, and so easy to use with my mini waffle maker. Very convenient and a good way to get some extra protein in. Nice change from eggs or cottage cheese for breakfast, or a healthier snack option when you're craving something sweet. I don't find it necessary to use syrup. Really good with berries.

Pancakes molto buoni (va precisato perché normalmente i pancakes proteici hanno un gusto terribile)!Preferisco quelli al cioccolato ma anche i classici mi piacciono molto. Io aggiungo anche un misurino di proteine in polvere all'impasto.
