Review of Coolant Pipe Adapter Cast Aluminium Y-Flange.Not much one can say about this “Y” flange except it is fairly substantial in manufacture, the aluminium walls quite thick, the joint strong and the whole item very lightweight.This used in the vehicle main coolant system, the Y flange just provides a water outlet for a separate connected item to be maintained at or below the engine temperature, the main or larger pipe water flow used to vacuum the water from the smaller pipe in the “Y” section and maintain a continuous suction and flow through the second item, the water supply for the second item connected to another point in the cooling system, this just a basic way of moving water around and through a separate water circuit without the need for a second pump.This flange used on several make and models of vehicle so handy to have in one’s toolbox, this seemingly inconspicuous and hidden Y flange well made, robust and is ideal for the purpose intended.

Product is OK but you must make sure there are no mold aliminum blocking the inside 😉 drill and drill bit does the trick
