The valve works correctly, but the supplied power cable is way too short...

It is not DN20 the bore in the ball is 13mm which is 7mm smaller then it should be. The information is incorrect. On the valve itself you will also not see DN20.A bit disappointing.

Todo segun la descripcion a excepcion de la flecha indicadora de direccion de flujo que venia del reves.Funcionando 24 horas al dia y tras 3 meses cero problemas.Por cierto super silenciosa y robusta.

First one broke after a week, motor stopped driving. Also - the motor turns the wrong way!! Save yourself time and install the opposite way round to the flow arrow. Then before you put the valve on, wire it up and observe it opens B-A & B-C. Let's see how long the 2nd one lasts 🤞The valve has 4 positionsA-B, A-C, A-B&C, and stop. If you fit to the flow arrow you will get A-B and stop!
