Otroligt fina när dom funkar. Men trådarna som får lamporna att lysa är mycket tunna och inte skyddade på något sätt. En oförsiktig hantering och lamporna släcks. En lampa är redan glapp efter uppackningen av produkten.

I bought a package in September for Christmas outside decorating. As you can see by the picture they are beautiful - bright and warm white, so unbelievable easy to use and move where / how you want them. The remote can be used inside to turn them on / off or any other feature that you like. It is exactly what I wanted for my outside decorating (obviously would look great inside also). I am going to get another set for inside.When I opened the package to decorate; I had the 1st string done, went to use the 2nd one and found a break right near the battery package so the rest of the string didn't work. In the package is a card with the web site and the 1st page has a customer service section that you can send an email. I send my email and heard back within a day! Sharon (customer service rep) asked for pictures which I gladly sent and also said I would prefer not to take the decoration down to return and would like just 1 string replacement. Within 2 days everything is resolved: a brand new box with 2 strings is on it's way from Amazon and I don't have to return anything.AMAZING customer service and product!
