These are the same ones that came with the repair kit. They are a bit thin but you can just fold twice and proceed. Normally I just use two strips twisted together for less risk of pulling them out. I always use rubber cement to reinforce the plugs and so far they have been super secure. I would assume these refills work just as well.

Works as intended

Bacon strips are kind self explanatory. Use tool and insert bacon in tire. Air stops leaking. You carry on ride. Better then a long walk out and home.
