This is a well-made and sturdy little stand. It folds very flat for storage, which is nice, and it has a lot of working positions to choose from. It's easy to adjust and the locking mechanism (for want of a better term) is reliable. I've tested it by leaning more heavily on it with my foot than I'll ever put on it with normal use: it feels strong.The 5-year warranty is reassuring, and this model doesn't cost significantly more than ones from other brands that get poor or so-so reviews. Looks nice, too, for what that's worth - sleek and unobtrusive.As of early 2020, it's still made in Germany.

Very recommended for small foot

There's not a great deal to say about a product designed to fulfil a very simple role. I needed a footrest for playing guitar, and this one does the job perfectly. It is fully adjustable which is handy for seats of differing heights, and it folds down flat so that it can easily be placed inside your guitar case/bag. It's made of metal with a rubber top, and as long as you don't do something stupid like putting your full weight on it by using it as a step, it will last a very long time. Good product.
