This part is one of two, along with a boom arm, that will allow me to use my 18810 Omega K and M keyboard stand with an attached microphone stand. It appears to be a heavy duty, steel piece with solid fasteners and screws.

I used this to attach a computer monitor arm to my Omega keyboard stand. It's the same 2mm powder coated mild steel the stand is made from.A detail that's not entirely clear from the pictures and plans on the K&M website is the small hole actually has an M7 threaded bolt welded onto the underside where the adapter screws in. So if you wish to bolt something else in you'll need to remove it with a hacksaw as I ended up doing.

This is another well made good quality adapter from K&M.I have purchased three Omega stands, but be warned the laptop holder is very badly designed, no matter how one tries to stable it, it wobbles .I would recommend this adapter.

Does what it says it does - not very interesting on its own, of course:) Like all K&M gear, very solid
