Connaissant la marque et en ayant un en fibre de carbone mais plus long et 180gr plus lourd depuis plusieurs années la preuve sur photo jointe. J'ai opté pour ce motel légèrement plus petit, léger et plus facile à déployer et replié. A ma grande surprise il est aussi rigide que l'autre aucun souci de fonctionnement. Il supporte très bien le poids de mon Nikon D780 couplé avec le Tamron 24-70mm f2.8 g2, Le tout pesant 1,740 Kg. J'ai beau faire une bonne pression dessus il ne bouge pas d'un centimètre. Comme d'habitude la marque tient bien ces promesses pour la qualité de ces produits.Je vous recommande vivement ce produit sans aucun problème.Daniel Allaud.

I have been toying with the idea of getting a monopod & have watched numerous online reviews of various models. I decided I didn't want the usual twist type locks that I have on my other tripods but the clip/latch type. I also was not sure on the mini tripod type legs many have - to me they look like an accident waiting to happen.As I'm no spring chicken, weight was a big issue so it had to be carbon fibre. I have an unusual planned use for it which is to take the weight of my new gimbal. This might sound ridiculous but I've discovered that the weight of it together with my camera & some of the large aperture prime lenses I like is considerable. As this monopod is very light it doesn't make a huge difference to the combo. I originally thought I would just use it for resting the camera/gimbal between shots (mainly video) but actually it is good for some nice video effects. You can obviously pan and tilt using the gimbal but you can also lean the monopod which introduces lateral movement and a change of height & this can look quite pleasing. It is of course no problem just to lift the whole combo and plonk it down somewhere else or just walk around with it.If I never use this monopod for anything other than when I have a heavy lens on I will not regret buying it for an instant. For the price it is an absolute bargain I reckon.As to build quality it seems absolutely fine. The carbon fibre has a nice smooth finish, the click locks undo & clamp on very easily and there is not even the slightest doubt as to whether the section might slip. As I said it weighs next to nothing and I am so pleased I did not decide to spend a lot more and go with the known brands. They may have extra functionality but for me personally I just don't need any it.It comes with a stainless spike (well machined) which you can swop for the rubber foot. It also has a flimsy rather cr@ppy carrying bag.Highly Recommended !!
