I’ve tried several leashes before, but this one is hands-down the best for my Rottie. It’s incredibly sturdy and well-made — the material feels tough enough to handle all the strength and energy my dog throws at it. The clasp is super secure, so I never worry about it coming loose, even during our most adventurous walks.What I love most is the comfortable grip. It makes it so much easier to control my strong girl without my hand getting sore or slipping. Plus, the length is just right — not too long to lose control, but not too short to feel cramped.If you have a powerful dog like a Rottweiler, this leash is a must-have. It combines durability, comfort, and safety perfectly. Highly recommend!

I have two Akita dogs. They have a harness with a long lead attached and a collar with one of these short leads attached. This set up gives me full control over the dogs at all times. On fields etc. they get the long flexi lead but walking down the street I use the short lead. If there is a dodgy dog trying to bark or attack my dogs I hold both leads giving me total control of my dog ( walk one dog at a time ). The leash is strong and secure.

The handle is lovely & soft altho the spongy part does move from side to side of the handle. Keeps my dog close by but not right at my heel .

Overall the lead is good quality.The foam padding on the handle isn't firm enough though, and provides little in the way of comfort. Instead it is just a cumbersome and annoying addition to the handle so I carefully cut it off.The lead itself is a good length, nice and short to help keep your dog under control while being long enough for them to be able to have a good sniff of their immediate surroundings.The leatherette cover over the handle stitching isn't itself stitched in place and has slipped down on my lead a few times already. I stuck a little glue on it to stop if happening but a bit of glue or a stitch or two by the manufacturer would've stopped this in the first place.
