This is my first time writing a review on any product but I found this product completely exceeded all of my expectations. The bag was beautifully wrapped with a Thank you note and letter to explain that the leather may have a distinctive smell (leather) for the first few weeks. Each buckle was individually wrapped so as not to scratch the leather in transport. It is exactly the kind of bag I was looking for to carry my computer (18"), books, pencil case and notes. It has great pockets both inside and out and the easy clip stap is great. My only complaint is the strap has the buckle on the short side so the strap flap is pointing up rather than down but this is only a minor problem. I waited a few weeks to post the review to see how the bag would hold up to everyday use and there is no issue with the straps or the handle holding the weight of my items. I have received so many compliments on this bag as well. I love it! Thank you for making such a beautiful product and such a reasonable price.

I owned mine for 4 years now and I'm tough with my rough with my belongings, honestly it's still working just fine now,but the zipper in the back is unseamed and the metal latches are warping from me always overloading it, Im just getting a new one before this one fully fails. The leather ages nicely if you dirty it on purpose

I purchased this briefcase for my 16 year old daughter, for when she joins her 6th form in September. She is absolutely thrilled with it. It is perfect for her to carry her laptop, stationery and all her books. It was expertly wrapped to insure no damage during transit, with it's own unique presentation bag, just like a designer bag would be packaged. In addition it arrived with a personal letter, signed by Komal, with care instructions included. It has been the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon and couldn't recommend it more. absolutely love this bag, I've been using it daily for 3 years carrying a laptop and much more, it looks ike it's 25 yrs old and I love that. the strap buckles are starting to show wear down use, probably cause i'm carrying too much weight, so i might need to do some type repair this year. many days i walk 5 kms with this over my shoulder
